BEFORE WE SPEAK

A little clarity before the first hello.

Practical answers about enquiries and how this website works.

What happens after I send an enquiry?
Your message reaches the enquiry inbox. The team reviews the basic details and contacts you about the next step. An enquiry is not an appointment confirmation or an agreement to act.
What should I share in the first message?
Your contact details and a short outline are enough. Please avoid confidential documents or detailed personal information until the team explains the appropriate process.
How are scope and fees agreed?
Ask for the proposed scope, who will work with you, the fee basis and what is outside that scope. These should be clarified directly before work begins.
Can we begin remotely?
Choose video or phone in the consultation form. The team will confirm what is available and whether an in-person conversation is appropriate.

STILL WONDERING?

There is room for another question.

Not every question fits a website answer. If yours is about how to contact the practice, which subject to choose or what to include in an introduction, send a short message.

The team can explain the appropriate next step. For questions about your individual circumstances, any discussion or advice must follow the practice’s own engagement process.
