Build a useful travel brief

Start with your dates, destination and the number of people travelling. Then describe two or three priorities: time by the water, local art, relaxed mornings, a family-friendly pace or a chance to walk. Mention which priorities are essential and which are flexible.

A proposal should make its inclusions and exclusions clear. Before agreeing, confirm transport, accommodation, activities, changes and cancellation arrangements directly with the provider. This form starts a conversation and does not take payment or reserve a place.
